Working with Heartland Community College's Community Education, the CLC provides many opportunities for individual children and adults to participate in a mission or program. Programs vary throughout the year. Cick here to learn more about our upcoming programs such as:

- Spring Break Edventure: I Know What We're Gonna Do (for 2nd-3rd Grade Students) - Tuesday, March 27, 2012 - 9:00am-12:00pm or 1:00-4:00pm $30/student
- Spring Break Edventure: Animals In Space (for 4th-6th Grade Students) - Wednesday, March 28, 2012 - 9:00am-12:00pm or 1:00-4:00pm $30/student
- Rendezvous with a Comet-dy: A Wacky Space Misadventure - Friday, March 30, 2012 - 6:00-9:30pm $20/person
- Family Science Day at ISU - Sunday, April 22, 2012 - 1:00-5:00pm $2/person in advance or $3/person at the dor
- Family Space Day at the CLC - Saturday, May 5, 2012 - 9:00am-12:00pm $20/parent-child pair
SUMMER CAMPS
Planning for 2011 summer camps has begun! In addition to the exciting space themed camps we have provided in the past, the CLC is excited to introduce new multi day and one day camps. Students unable to attend the multi day camp sessions can sign up for a one day camp. Those who had so much fun at the multi day camps can come back for more! Click here to read the full camp descriptions and begin the registration process. Registrations completed by May 15, 2011 receive a 10% discount.
SCOUTS
The Challenger Learning Center is a great resource for Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Brownies and Girl Scouts earning merit badges in astronomy, aviation, space exploration, science and more. Click here for a variety of merit badge subjects available for troops through the Challenger Learning Center. Throughout the year, the CLC offers workshops for individual scouts to enroll. Check back often for scheduled workshops.
