THINGS TO DO AT THE CHALLENGER LEARNING CENTER...

SCHOOL MISSIONS

Come to the CLC with your class! Prepare for your class mission during school and then go on a science or simulated space mission with your classmates. Missions are available for kindergarten - twelfth grade. Mission scenarios are: No Place Like Earth (K-2nd), New Horizons: Lost Satellite (3rd-4th), Rendezvous with a Comet (5th-7th), Voyage to Mars (6th-8th), and Operation: Planet Rescue (9th-12th). PUBLIC PROGRAMS

community dayCelebrate one of the area's greatest resources this fall by accepting Heartland Community College's open invitation to its first-ever Community Day, a free event allowing area residents and their families - as well as an expanding alumni base - to experience what Heartland Community College has to offer its current students and growing community.

From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, September 18,2010 Heartland will offer a variety of opportunities to experience its Normal campus. No registration necessary. To learn more about CLC offerings on Community Day click here.
